The Rec Department has been adding new programs to the calendar every year. We have been working with the Ardsley School District to run programs with the students. Upcoming events are listed below. If you have any suggestions & ideas, please call (914) 693-8012 or

NEW!!! Spring Break Camp: "My First Lemonade Stand"
Learn how to make sweet & tangy lemonade, experiment with recipes &
design flyers. Learn how to count money, make change & tally your profits.
For the final event, launch your Lemonade Stand, sell lemonade and
raise money for a charity selected by the students.

Action-packed class designed to help hoopers sharpen fundamental skills,

Fun, drop-in program for men and women ages 16 & up on Thursday nights,
from 7 to 9 PM at the Concord Road Elementary School Gym, starting Dec 5th.

Adult Zumba: - High energy music with fun moves - Dance away your worries!

Spring Tennis Clinic: Learn to play tennis at Pascone Park with Ayo Obi!
Classes are divided into age groups: ages 5-7 (9 to 10 AM), 8-10 (10 to 11 AM), and 11-teens (11 AM to 12 PM);
Adult Beginners (12 to 1 PM) and Adult Intermediate/Advanced (1 to 2 PM).
Classes are held Saturdays & Sundays for 6 weeks.
Each class size maximum = 8 participants.
Dates: Saturdays - Apr 26, May 3, 10, 17, 31, June 7 (no class May 24)
Sundays - Apr 27, May 4, 11, 18, June 1, 8 (no class May 25)
Fee is $180 for Ardsley Resident, $230 for Non-Village.

Ardsley Youth Basketball: Ardsley Parks & Recreation joins with Greenburgh Parks & Recreation for basketball fun.
This league is coached by parent volunteers!
Open to 3-6th grade girls and boys.
Practices are held week-nights at the Concord Road Elementary School Gym beginning December 2, 5 & 6.
Games are held in various town-wide gyms, starting January 2025.
Registration Deadline is November 22nd.
Fee: $150 for Ardsley Residents, $170 for Non-Village.
Pre K & K-2 Soccer: Take the first steps into soccer, offering an accessible and enjoyable learning experience.
Led by experienced coaches, we focus on fundamental skills in a positive and supportive environment.

After School Chess: Our popular Chess Program with Furqan Tanwir (aka Mr. Kan), World Chess Master ranked amongst the top 1% of competitive chess players in the world. Classes are at the Ardsley Community Center. Maximum = 20 per class
Come and join other chess players and enjoy play, lessons and team problem solving.
