Your residential property tax liability is divided into four components – village, town, county and school.  The Village of Ardsley collects village taxes only.  The Town of Greenburgh collects, town, county and school taxes for the Village of Ardsley and other villages located in its jurisdiction. Dates to Remember

VILLAGE TAXES

  • June 1st – First Half Due
  • June 30th – Last to pay first half of Village tax without penalty
  • December 1st – Second Half Due
  • December 31st - Last day to pay second half of Village tax without penalty-Offices closing at Noontime on December 31st.

GENERAL TOWN & COUNTY TAXES

  • April 1st – Full Amount Due
  • April 30th – Last day to pay full amount without penalty

SCHOOL TAXES

  • September 1st – First Half Due
  • September 30th – Last day to pay first half of school tax without penalty
  • January 1st – Second Half Due
  • January 31st – Last day to pay the second half of school tax without penalty
